Trade Account Requirements

• Only registered UK businesses with an e-commerce website or physical retail premises may apply.
• Marketplace storefront selling via Amazon, eBay or similar platforms is not permitted.
• Billing address must match the registered company address.
• Trade accounts are not eligible for reward points schemes.
• Trade accounts are not eligible for retail multi-buy offers (e.g. 4 for 3).

Delivery Information

UK mainland trade orders are shipped via DHL courier service.

• Orders under £60: delivery charges apply
• Orders £60 or over: free UK mainland delivery
• Surcharges may apply for Northern Ireland and certain postcodes

Account Security & Claims

• Shipping details must be maintained accurately by the account holder.
• If multiple delivery addresses are required, please notify us directly.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
• Breakages or shortages must be reported immediately upon receipt.
• Non-receipt of goods must be reported within 5 days of order placement.
• Returns are not normally accepted beyond 30 days from dispatch.
