What is No-Flush Niacin?
Vitamin B3 (Niacin) is a water-soluble vitamin that must be obtained regularly through the diet because the body does not store large amounts.
Dietary sources of vitamin B3 include foods such as beef, pork, poultry, eggs, milk, wheat and maize flour.
Health Leads No-Flush Niacin provides Vitamin B3 in the nicotinamide (niacinamide) form. This form of niacin does not typically produce the flushing sensation sometimes associated with nicotinic acid.

The amino acid L-tryptophan can also contribute to niacin intake through normal metabolic processes. Approximately 60 mg of L-tryptophan may provide 1 mg NE.
