What is Cat's Claw?

Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tormentosa) is a woody vine native to the Amazon rainforest. It can climb up to 30 metres using hook-like thorns that resemble the claws of a cat.

The bark of the vine has been used for centuries by indigenous peoples of South America and is widely recognised as a traditional botanical ingredient.
