What is Inositol?

Inositol is a naturally occurring, vitamin-like compound found in many plants and animals. It is present in foods such as fruits, beans, grains and nuts.

Health Leads Inositol powder provides Myo-Inositol, the most widely occurring form of inositol used in food supplements. Our inositol is sourced from phytin derived from corn (maize).

What does Inositol do?

Myo-inositol is involved in cell signalling processes and is commonly included in food supplements as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Suggested Use

Mix 1 level scoop with approximately 75ml of water and take with food.

Up to 3 servings daily.
Do not exceed the suggested use.
