Health Leads Myo-Inositol Powder provides 100% pure Myo-Inositol in an unflavoured, additive-free powder with no added ingredients.
Inositol is a naturally occurring, vitamin-like compound found in the body and in a range of foods, including fruits, beans, grains and nuts. Although sometimes informally referred to as Vitamin B8, Inositol is not officially classified as a vitamin because the body can produce it naturally.
This product provides Myo-Inositol, the most widely occurring form of Inositol and a form commonly used in food supplements.
The Myo-Inositol used in this product is sourced from phytin derived from corn (maize) and is supplied as a fine powder that can be easily mixed with water.

Mix 1 level scoop (approximately 1g) into 75ml of water or a drink of your choice and take with food. This can be repeated up to 3 times daily. At 1g per day, a 300g pack provides a 300-day supply. At 3g per day (3 scoops), it provides a 100-day supply.
