What is Magnesium Oil?

Magnesium Oil is a concentrated solution of magnesium chloride dissolved in water. It is commonly referred to as “magnesium oil” because of its slightly oily or slippery texture when applied to the skin, although it is not actually an oil.

Health Leads Magnesium Oil is sourced from the ancient Zechstein® seabed, located approximately 1,500–2,000 metres underground in northern Europe. This natural mineral deposit has been protected from modern environmental pollutants, providing a highly pure source of magnesium chloride.

Our magnesium oil contains no added ingredients.

About Zechstein® Magnesium

Magnesium chloride sourced from the Zechstein seabed is valued for its natural purity and high concentration. The mineral brine is extracted and filtered before being bottled for topical use.

Suggested Use

Magnesium Oil is designed for topical use.

• Spray onto clean skin and gently massage into the desired area.

• Begin with 1–3 sprays and increase gradually as required.

• Alternatively, add 1 tablespoon or more to bath water and soak for around 20 minutes.

Apply to clean, dry or slightly damp skin, ideally after bathing or showering.

Additional Guidance

• A light mineral residue may appear after the product dries; this is normal due to the natural salts in the solution.

• If desired, the residue can be rinsed off after approximately 20 minutes.

• If skin sensitivity occurs, dilute the solution with equal parts water before use.

Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or sensitive areas. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.
