Health Leads Distilled Water is produced using a carefully controlled multi-stage purification process to provide highly purified water suitable for a wide range of laboratory, technical and household applications.
Distillation works by heating water until it becomes steam before cooling and condensing it back into liquid form. During this process, many dissolved minerals and impurities are left behind, producing highly purified water.
To further enhance purity, Health Leads combines traditional glass distillation with additional purification and filtration stages before bottling.
How Is It Produced?
Health Leads Distilled Water is manufactured using a five-stage purification process:
- Carbon filtration to remove chlorine and organic impurities.
- Reverse osmosis pre-purification.
- Glass distillation.
- High-intensity ultraviolet (UV) treatment.
- Final filtration through a 0.2-micron microbial particulate filter.
No isopropyl alcohol is used during the manufacturing or bottling process.
