What is Omega 3 Fish Oil?
Omega 3 Fish Oil is a source of essential fatty acids, including EPA and DHA. These fatty acids are commonly found in oily fish and are widely used in food supplements to support daily nutritional intake.
What does Omega 3 do?
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.
Suggested Adult Use
Take three (3) soft gels daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
