The formula includes a broad range of B vitamins and uses L-Methylfolate as the folate source rather than standard folic acid, alongside Methylcobalamin as the form of Vitamin B12. It also contains both Niacin and Niacinamide, together with complementary nutrients including Inositol, PABA and Alpha-Lipoic Acid.
