What Is Folate?

Folate is the natural form of vitamin B9, an essential nutrient that must be obtained regularly through the diet because the body cannot produce it itself.

As a water-soluble vitamin, only relatively small amounts are stored in the body, making regular dietary intake important.

What Is L-Methylfolate?
