Health Leads Activated Charcoal 300mg provides activated charcoal produced from coconut shells in a simple vegetable capsule.

Activated charcoal is made by processing carbon-rich material to create a highly porous structure with a large surface area. This gives activated charcoal its characteristic adsorptive properties, allowing certain substances to bind to its surface.

This product uses coconut shell (Cocos nucifera) as the source material and provides 300mg of Activated Charcoal Powder per capsule.

Activated charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum of 1g of activated charcoal taken at least 30 minutes before a meal and 1g taken shortly after the meal. At 300mg per capsule, this equates to taking capsules as directed below.

Other ingredients: HPMC vegetable capsule shell.

Suggested Use

Take 2 capsules (600mg) before a meal and 2 capsules (600mg) after a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
