Health Leads sources its Coral Calcium from above-ground fossilised coral deposits in Okinawa, Japan, harvested from land rather than the sea. The material is washed, dried and milled into a fine powder. No living coral is harvested.

Each 1000mg capsule of Coral Calcium provides approximately 340–350mg of elemental calcium, based on the natural mineral profile of approximately 34–35% elemental calcium content. The EU NRV for calcium is 800mg per day. One capsule provides around 43% NRV.

Health Leads Coral Calcium provides 1000mg of Coral Calcium per capsule, sourced from fossilised coral deposits in Okinawa, Japan.
The material is derived from above-ground fossilised coral deposits, harvested from land rather than the sea or living reef structures. After harvesting, it undergoes controlled washing, drying and fine milling to produce a consistent powder suitable for supplementation.
Coral Calcium is a naturally occurring source of calcium carbonate with a broader mineral profile. Each 1000mg capsule provides approximately 340–350mg of elemental calcium, equivalent to around 43% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV), based on the natural variation of the source material.
Calcium contributes to:
