Health Leads Boron Plus provides 3mg of elemental boron from two mineral sources, together with 10mg of Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), in a convenient one-a-day vegetable capsule.
Boron is a naturally occurring trace mineral found in foods including fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes. This formula provides a combined 3mg of elemental boron per capsule, with 1.5mg supplied from Boric Acid and 1.5mg from Sodium Borate.
The formula also includes Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), an essential vitamin that contributes to:
• Normal energy-yielding metabolism
• Normal functioning of the nervous system
• The reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• The maintenance of normal red blood cells
• The maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes
