Do not drive or operate machinery immediately after taking a large dose.

Add 1–5ml to a small glass of water and drink. Start at the lower end of the dose range (1ml) and increase gradually as tolerated. The tincture can be taken up to three times daily. Each bottle contains 125ml. At 1ml three times daily (3ml/day), one bottle provides approximately 41 days supply. At 5ml three times daily (15ml/day), approximately 8 days.
