Health Leads Green Black Walnut Hull 1:5 Tincture is a traditional liquid botanical preparation made using fresh green black walnut hulls, grain alcohol and water.
The term “green” refers to the fresh outer hull harvested before the black walnut fully matures. These green hulls are used to prepare a liquid tincture, providing an alternative to powdered botanical capsules.
Made in small batches, the tincture can naturally vary in colour from green through to deep golden brown. Differences in growing location, harvest conditions and the natural plant material can all influence the appearance of the finished tincture. This natural colour variation is normal and does not indicate a difference in product quality.
1:5 Tincture Strength
A 1:5 tincture refers to the ratio used during preparation, with one part botanical material used in relation to five parts liquid menstruum during the tincturing process.
Each 125ml bottle contains:
• Fresh Green Black Walnut Hull (Juglans nigra)
• Grain alcohol derived from sugar beet — 50% alcohol content
• Water
