This product contains Niacin as Nicotinic Acid, which may cause a temporary effect commonly known as a “niacin flush” in some individuals.
A niacin flush may include warmth, redness, tingling or itching of the skin. The effect is generally temporary and may vary between individuals.
Taking Niacin with food may help reduce the intensity of flushing. Alcohol, hot drinks and spicy foods around the time of taking Niacin may increase the likelihood or intensity of the effect.
