The Wellness replacement filter cartridges that you can use with your Wellness carafe.
How long does each filter last?
Each cartridge filters approximately 40 gallons (about 150 litres) of water - lasting 2 to 3 months with normal regular use.
Can the Wellness carafe replacement filter work with water jugs?
Yes! For those of you that already own a classic BRITA jug, the Wellness carafe cartridge fits perfectly, saving you the cost of a Wellness carafe.

What is the cartridge filter media made of?
The Wellness replacement cartridge contains multiple layers of filtration media designed to help improve water quality and taste.
The filter media includes:
Taichoseki mineral stone – a naturally occurring mineral used in water filtration media.
Bakuhanseki mineral stone – a mineral material traditionally used in filtration systems.
SPG filtration sand – a porous volcanic-derived filtration material designed to help trap fine particles.
Granulated activated carbon – made from high-quality coconut shell carbon to help reduce chlorine, unwanted tastes and odours.
Magnetite stone and magnetic components – used as part of the filter’s multi-stage filtration structure.
Far-infrared ceramic media – ceramic filtration material used in advanced filtration systems.
These materials work together as part of a multi-stage filtration system designed to help improve the taste and clarity of tap water.

Most orders are sent by either 1st class Royal Mail or if requested by Couier.
We aim to dispatch orders received before 1.00pm (UK time) on the same day, excluding weekends and national holidays.
RETURNS
If you have changed your mind about keeping an item we understand and we happily accept returns within 30 days, as long as the item is unopened and returned in original condition we are happy to provide a full refund for the item or exchanged for goods of the same value. Please note that due to the hygienic nature of some oral and body care products we are unable to accept items back where the packaging seal has been breached.
