Health Leads Advanced Multi-Vitamin provides a broad-spectrum combination of essential vitamins alongside Co-Enzyme Q10 and Citrus Bioflavonoids in a convenient one-a-day vegetable capsule.
The formula combines Vitamins A, C, D3, E and K2 with a high-strength B-vitamin complex, including Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin and Folate as L-Methylfolate.
Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
B-vitamins and Vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while Vitamin C and Vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Selected nutrients within the formula also contribute to:

This is a high-strength multi-vitamin formula containing 20mg of Vitamin B6 per capsule.

Most standard multivitamins use synthetic or poorly absorbed forms of key nutrients. This formula uses active, bioavailable forms throughout — L-Methylfolate rather than folic acid, Methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin, and Vitamin K2 as MK-7. It also includes Co-Enzyme Q10 and Citrus Bioflavonoids, which are rarely found in standard multivitamin products. There are no fillers, binders, or magnesium stearate.

This product contains 20mg of Vitamin B6 per capsule. The UK safe upper level for long-term supplementation is generally considered to be 10mg per day. At 20mg, this product is intended for short-term use or use under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Prolonged intake of high-dose B6 may cause peripheral neuropathy — tingling or numbness in the extremities. If you experience these symptoms, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

This product contains 5,000 IU of preformed Vitamin A (retinol). High intakes of preformed Vitamin A during pregnancy are associated with a risk of birth defects. The NHS recommends that pregnant women avoid supplements containing preformed Vitamin A or liver products.
