Bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris) is one of the richest natural plant sources of silica, with some extracts providing up to 75% silica by weight. This formula uses a bamboo extract standardised to provide 128mg of natural silica per capsule from 171mg of extract. Plant-sourced silica from bamboo is considered highly bioavailable and is well established as a supplement ingredient.

Each capsule contains the five active ingredients listed, plus small amounts of rice flour and maltodextrin used as capsule filling aids. The capsule shell is HPMC, a plant-derived vegetarian cellulose. No magnesium stearate, binders, or flow agents are added.

This product contains selenium at 47µg per capsule. Do not combine with other selenium supplements as this may result in intakes approaching the EU tolerable upper level of 300µg per day.
