What are Epsom Salts?
Epsom Salts are magnesium sulphate crystals, a naturally occurring mineral compound.
The name comes from the town of Epsom in Surrey, England, where the mineral was originally discovered in natural spring water in the 17th century.

What can Epsom Salts be used for?
Epsom Salts are commonly used in baths, foot soaks and other household applications.
They are frequently added to warm baths as part of a relaxing bathing routine, and are also widely used by gardeners to support plant care.
Suggested Use
Internal use:
Mix 1 teaspoon in a large glass of water and take on an empty stomach only under the supervision of a medical practitioner.
Bath use:
Add approximately ½ container to a warm bath and soak for around 20 minutes.
Foot soak:
Add ½ cup of Epsom Salts to a bowl of warm water and soak the feet.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Note: Exceeding the NRV of 400mg magnesium may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
