What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic Acid (also known as hyaluronan or hyaluronate) is a naturally occurring compound found in all living organisms. In the human body it is primarily present in the skin, connective tissues and synovial fluid of joints, where it helps maintain moisture and lubrication.
It is also present in the vitreous humour of the eye, the clear fluid that helps maintain the structure of the eye.
What does Hyaluronic Acid do?
Hyaluronic Acid plays an important role in maintaining normal joint lubrication and skin hydration. It has the ability to hold large amounts of water relative to its weight, which is why it is commonly used in skincare and nutritional supplements.
Because of these properties, hyaluronic acid is widely included in supplements designed to support joint comfort and skin hydration as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Suggested Adult Use
One capsule per day with water.
Do not exceed the suggested use.
Warning: Not recommended in cases of hypertension or lymphoedema, in persons with rheumatoid arthritis or those taking diuretics.
It is advisable to increase water intake while using this product.
