What is Iron Complex?

Health Leads Iron Complex is a carefully formulated food supplement combining iron bisglycinate with supporting nutrients including vitamin C, vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12.

Iron bisglycinate is commonly used in supplements as a well-tolerated form of iron. Vitamin C is included as it contributes to increased iron absorption.
