What is Potassium?
Potassium is an essential mineral that plays an important role in maintaining normal fluid balance in the body.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Potassium occurs naturally in many foods including fruits, vegetables, pulses, nuts, seeds, dairy products, fish, meat and whole grains.

Serving Size
¼ teaspoon = 615mg (providing 5.1% NRV)
1 level 5ml teaspoon = 2.46g (providing 20.4% NRV)
Suggested Adult Use
As a food supplement, take ¼ teaspoon daily with food and at least 8oz (240ml) of water or another beverage, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Do not exceed the suggested use.
