Vitamin B2, or Riboflavin, is one of the eight B vitamins required for normal body function.

Riboflavin is naturally recognised by its bright yellow-orange colour, which also explains why high-strength supplements may temporarily cause urine to appear a brighter yellow. This is a normal effect of excess riboflavin being excreted.
