Description
The Health Leads Wellness Carafe is a gravity-fed water filtration system designed to help improve the taste, clarity and overall quality of tap water using a multi-stage filtration cartridge.
Simply fill the upper reservoir with tap water and allow gravity to draw the water through the filter. Within a few minutes, freshly filtered water collects in the lower reservoir, ready for drinking, hot drinks or everyday food preparation.
With a generous 2.3-litre capacity, the Wellness Carafe is suitable for everyday household use while providing a simple alternative to bottled water.
How Does the Wellness Carafe Work?
The Wellness Carafe uses a replaceable multi-stage filtration cartridge.
As tap water passes through the cartridge, different filtration media perform specific functions, including helping to:
- Reduce chlorine commonly found in tap water
- Reduce unwanted tastes and odours
- Reduce fine sediment and suspended particles
- Improve the taste and clarity of drinking water
Following filtration, the water passes through additional mineral media that form part of the Wellness cartridge design.
The result is clean, fresh-tasting water produced without electricity or plumbing.

Filtration Cartridge
Each supplied cartridge is designed to filter approximately 150 litres (40 gallons) of water.
For most households this equates to approximately 2–3 months of normal use, after which replacement is recommended to maintain filtration performance.
Multi-Stage Filtration Media
The cartridge contains a carefully selected combination of filtration materials, including:
- Granulated activated carbon (from coconut shell)
- SPG filtration sand
- Taichoseki mineral stone
- Bakuhanseki mineral stone
- Magnetite stone and magnetic components
- Far-infrared ceramic media
Each material contributes to the overall multi-stage filtration process within the cartridge.

Care & Maintenance
Before first use:
- Wash the carafe with warm water and mild detergent.
- Soak the filter cartridge in clean water for approximately 15 minutes before installation.
- Install the cartridge according to the user instructions before first use.
Replace the cartridge after approximately 150 litres of filtration or every 2–3 months, whichever comes first.

Most orders are sent by either 1st class Royal Mail or if requested by Couier.
We aim to dispatch orders received before 1.00pm (UK time) on the same day, excluding weekends and national holidays.
RETURNS
If you have changed your mind about keeping an item we understand and we happily accept returns within 30 days, as long as the item is unopened and returned in original condition we are happy to provide a full refund for the item or exchanged for goods of the same value.
