Health Leads Vitamin K Complex provides Vitamin K1 100mcg together with Vitamin K2 (as MK-7) 50mcg in a convenient one-a-day vegetable capsule.
What is Vitamin K?
Vitamin K1 is the form most commonly found in green leafy vegetables, while Vitamin K2 (in the form of MK-7) is a fat-soluble vitamin more commonly associated with bone health support and the normal regulation of calcium in the body.
This formula combines both forms of Vitamin K in a single capsule.
What Does Vitamin K Do?
Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and helps direct calcium to where it's needed, such as bones, and away from areas where it could be problematic, such as arteries.
Each Capsule Provides
- Vitamin K1 — 100mcg
- Vitamin K2 (as MK-7) — 50mcg
Other Ingredients: Rice flour. Vegetable capsule shell (HPMC). No other ingredients.
